Thank for the replies ladies! I'll be watching closely to see if I notice any big changes, but I'm hoping I don't because I am finally seeing results after many failed attempts at weight loss haha! :)

The best small change for me was cutting out soda and swapping it for plenty of water. Granted, I still will allow myself to get a soda if I'm out to eat with family or friends, but I'm finding that I prefer water in these instances too! Really feel great about it :)

I am 5'7 and 180lbs, shooting for 150 or whatever works out best once I start seeing the numbers creep down! :) I do try to eat back some of my exercise calories, and I was fine yesterday with that, but it'd probably be best if I did change my goal to 1lb/week. Thanks! :)
