Hi all, just checking in. Out for dinner after a hockey game Friday night. Tragedy here in Canada- 15 boys and coaching staff were killed in Saskatchewan a couple of days ago from a highway accident involving their bus and a transport. Feel like I'm a stalker reading posts of people I don't know- lol. arniedog- we have…

Walked inside today on my lunch. Got about 25 min in. We have had freezing rain, snow and 90 km hr winds today. I couldn’t see a thing coming home and all I could think about was a nice glass of red wine. Resisted and will try and wait for the weekend! Kathryn, so sorry about your ring! I hope it shows up! Going to hunker…

Saltine, I get how frustrating it is to train a dog! Our Lola is 7 months, and will still have accidents in the house. She's getting fixed next week, and that seems to be the 'magic cure' to any dog we have had- seems like a switch goes on and they just train overnight. Good luck! Thank you for the Welcome's. Went to the…

@pipcd34 love your puppy pictures! Rocky reminds me of our Tucker. Gone a year ago. Big gentleman who we had with us for 14 wonderful years. Here are our 2 Cavaliers. Woody is 4 and just got groomed yesterday. He needs some walks with Mum to shed a couple pounds too. Lola is 7 months and just adorable.

Hi Lana! Thanks for the welcome! Just figured out how to bookmark the thread. (Baby steps). Sun is shining here even though it’s cold. My youngest daughter is having a friend over soon. May use the child labour to get Xmas decorations down outdoors

Thank you! We are getting snow today in Ontario!

Hello Ladies- I'm Sherri, from Ontario Canada. I did WW in the past, but just couldn't see the money in it. I love MFP- so much that I've started and stopped multiple times! I was on a huge logging streak and down to 189 (currently 266). I felt great, and even though that was almost 4 years ago- I'd like to get it back and…

Hi, I'm Sherri, and a Serial Starter! I have 3 girls who all play hockey. 16 year old twins, and a 10 year old. I like to drink red wine after work, knit and watch Netflix on the rare nights I'm home. Hockey 12 months a year in our Canadian household! Boating in the summer. First order of business, is to make more friends…

In! Add me if you like. Currently 266 and starting again... slowly. Was 189 doing MFP a few years ago. Got sick, stopped exercising and went downhill hard!

I’m in the same boat. Started back today. Right back to square one. I didn’t do great today, but didn’t eat everything I brought to work. I left some in the fridge whereas before I would have finished it all. I always liked to do about 300 calories for breakfast and lunch and save the rest for eating supper with my family…

48 here. A lot of my MFP are falling away. Maybe we could set up a once a week weigh in spreadsheet? Anyone better on a computer than me? Lol

Love your dress- you look very pretty. He was honest, but I still think he could have done it in a nicer way. Next!

Today is my first official day, so I am using today's weight of 231 as my start. I started MFP at 260. SW: 231 CW:231 GW:165 My entire household has been sick on and off for the past 3 weeks. Need to get back in to exercise mode even if just 15 min to start. Happy Esster everyone!

Sounds good. I find I drink more at work. Should keep my water handy in the fridge with some lemon.

BLT article is so true! I try a piece of gum too, or brushing my teeth.

Just joined! Thanks. I like weighing in prior to the weekend. SW was 260 Current 231. Would definitely like to be out of 200's. More is bonus!

I'd like an invite please. A lot of my friends have gone dark. I need the motivation and accountability

vodka with crystal light or Fresca. I also enjoy a Caesar, but it's a Canadian thing I think.

I have also lost motivation after walking 10 km a day. I have gained about 30 lbs. I'm super busy with my 3 kids, but need to go back to taking care of me. Add me if you like and we can support each other.

I'm in the same situation. Today is a new day! Others are struggling too. My friends list is dwindling! I was down almost 70 lbs. I am back up and have out about 30 back on. Back to a size 14, and being in onederland is a distant memory! Halloween candy is almost gone! Plan on weighing in tomorrow and being accountable.…

I'm new to the group as well! I have been using her videos sporadically when the weather is bad or I'm short on time through you tube. Love them, gives me s bit more pep in my step if I do them first thing in the morning!

Well I just saw this now, so a new one, or I'll just go back and read all of this one!

I live in Canada, and some of my MFP friends have dropped off the radar... I was on a streak of over 600 days, then forgot one day and poof, inspiration went. I'm struggling with the Christmas weight I put back on, but am back in routine. Add me if you like!
-
just my 2 cents, but if I don't feel my heart rate go up, I don't count it!
-
bump for later- thanks, sounds delish, and something the kids would eat too!
-
You are doing this for YOU- not your husband, or your daughter!

-
What a transformation! You don't even look like the same person- you look younger, happier, and healthier! Thank you so much for sharing your story!

Yummy! Thanks for this!
