I'm so mad at myself. I was on fire for a solid 2 years.. exercising and eating right (most of the time). Over the past year, I've really let myself slide. I went from working out 4-5 times a week to 1 or 2 and my eating has been pretty rough too. I'm afraid to weigh myself because I know I'm up at least 10 or 12 pounds (I'm only 5'0 so it's a lot). Every day I say this is the day, I do ok during the day, then by dinner time I tank. I really need to gain control or by New Year none of my clothes are going to fit.

So, now after the self pitty, I'm putting it into writing. I will count my calories, I will work out, I will gain control.

You're right. I think tomorrow I will face reality and weigh myself. May just be the motivation I need.

I'm in the same situation. Today is a new day! Others are struggling too. My friends list is dwindling! I was down almost 70 lbs. I am back up and have out about 30 back on. Back to a size 14, and being in onederland is a distant memory! Halloween candy is almost gone! Plan on weighing in tomorrow and being accountable. Add me if you like, I need and give support! I'm Sherri
