Look at your goals and see if it still says you will lose the amount per week that you wanted to. I noticed that after I had lost the 4 lbs my goals said that I would lose 1.9/ week rather than 2. When I revised my goals, I was allowed 30 fewer calories per day to still lose 2 lbs per week. Maybe this is what has happened…

I was shocked too to see what I was actually taking in. The steady weight gain over the past 6 years makes sense now!

I think it's very possible. 58 days is a little over 8 weeks, so that would be about 2.5 lbs a week. If you are very focused, it should be no problem!
