Yes I would think so. Depends on whether or not that is all you want to lose. If you have less than 20 pounds to lose it will be slow going. Focus more on limiting your refined sugars/carbs and get more protein and you will see a quicker weight loss.

I'd say it depends on your weight. If you weighed for example 300lbs then I would be possible, but if you weigh 140lbs, it must be a lot harder and less likely.

That works out to 2.27 lbs per week. That's completely doable and safe. Good luck.

That's just over 2 lbs. a week so I think it should be relatively easy to accomplish as long as you follow some good guidelines

depends on your starting weight! easy to lose a larger amount of weight w/ a larger starting weight.. if you're closer to your target weight, the harder it will be..

I have been losing 5-7lbs per month for the last 4 months and that would be like a little over 6 pounds a month, so I think that you could do it!!!!

I lost 15 lbs since using this site in my first 6 weeks. My goal was to loose 40 lbs. I started at about 155 and I'm 5"3. I just changed my diet, started walking at night and doing some dumbbell lifts and squats.

I think it's very possible. 58 days is a little over 8 weeks, so that would be about 2.5 lbs a week. If you are very focused, it should be no problem!

Well depends on whether or not you are willing to have something amputated. (kidding) I'm sure it's possible, just try and do it in a healthy way so you dont wreck your metabolism.
