I hate large breakfasts. Most of my calories get used up right away, and I have nothing left for when I'm hungry at night. I always skip breakfast and sometimes lunch, and just eat after 3 PM.

Whooaa great work. You both look awesome!

There are only two Xmas songs I dislike (Santa Baby and Baby It's Cold Outside), and one I absolutely loathe (The Christmas Shoes). IMO, the Christmas Shoes is not only the worst holiday song, it's one of the worst songs of all time in any genre.

Yep, 5' girl here. I'm not trying to lose anymore, but I MAINTAIN on only 1400 calories--which I understand still seems like 'diet calories' to many. Ugh, being short has its downsides.
-
Nope. To be frank, I hate it. It's a huge battle every single day, and I'm maintaining by eating at a deficit and binging like crazy once a week. If I could eat whatever I wanted and still stay fit, I would. But I can't. So this is a choice I have to make.

He sounds really immature, and I think he's in the wrong here. However, I can kind of empathize with him (again, not saying his behavior is right here). I run myself ragged during the week to get everything done; I have basically no time to do anything for myself, or even to sleep. Weekends are my times to unwind. I guess…

I've heard that too much fiber can obstruct your bowels--but if you drink enough water and everything's moving smoothly, then I don't see the harm.

Happens to everyone. I dropped to 105, then gained 10 lbs back by falling into the trap I always told myself I'd never fall into ("You're skinny now so you can eat what you want"). Have since lost all of the weight I regained, including 5 more, so I'm at my goal weight of about 100 lbs now (I'm only about 5'0) and…

I don't see why it's that big of a deal. Some people exercise, some people don't -- that's their choice. I, personally, don't "exercise' (as in, put on workout clothes and go to the gym). Though I do walk quite a lot to get around campus/the city, so maybe that counts. I detest every form of 'hard' exercise. I've tried…

Eh ... unless they were deliberately eating/working out on a specific muscle-gaining plan, I'm kind of wary about people saying that the weight they gained was muscle and not fat-- it's really hard to gain that much weight in muscle. However, if you're still fitting into your clothes normally, and you/others haven't…

Nothing can 'ruin' your progress except for you. I went for a 3 day holiday and ate 2000-3000 calories minimum during every single day (and my TDEE is only 1400 calories, so that's a lot). I gained a few pounds by the end of the trip. Then I went back to my deficit and lost all of it, and more. As long as you don't let…

If you need the Herballife to lose weight, then how will you keep losing/maintaining without it? If you plan to transition into a healthy lifestyle without Herballife 'eventually', then why not just do it now?

I'm a college student, so my skin shouldn't be aging that badly, haha. I drink 8 cups a day minimum--and usually more, because I eat a lot of fruits and soups. Actually, I've been drinking more water these past few weeks than I ever did in my life and I never had this problem before, so I don't think my water intake could…

IMO, the only thing that really changed is her eyes. I think she altered her hooded eyes to make them more open. But if she's happy, who cares? I do think it's sad that people made fun of her 'squinty', pinched face before, and now make fun of her for altering it. Can't win.

Avocados. Cheese. Nuts. Protein bars?

Go back to your normal diet. For me, binges trigger more binges, especially if I try to restrict more than normal the next day. Just pretend the binge didn't happen and forget it.
-
If you don't REMEMBER your night eating sometimes, then that sounds like something to talk to a doctor about, because that's not normal. It might be a form of sleepwalking.

I'm never feel jealous of someone if they earned what they have through hard work/skill, but I am jealous of people who do better than me but don't put in more work/aren't more skilled.

I've heard of people eating fruit but hating veggies...never heard of the reverse before. Eat your veggies, you should be good.

Raspberries. So much fiber for so few calories -- how could I resist? But otherwise, no.
-
Backed up like hell. I'm chugging water all day, getting 25+ g of fiber, and avoiding dairy products/white bread/eggs, and nothing works, lol
-
Not that big a deal. And anyway, of all of the products that I would complain about kids drinking too much of, tea is far down on the list. Lipton's not good though. Now oolong -- that's where it's at. Makes me nostalgic. So many childhood memories of family gatherings in restaurants/tearooms in Shenyang .... ahhh ...

I personally don't find bread to be filling. I replaced my regular two slices of toast with a bag of beef jerky, lol, and have felt better. Honestly though, I (personally) find hunger inevitable on a calorie deficit. I know some people say that they don't feel hungry, they eat lots of vegetables, etc., but no matter what I…

I know this is a necro'd thread, but where on earth are people living where 5'7 is average for women and 6'0+ is average for men? I'd think 5'5 is about average for women, and 5'10 for men in the US.
-
I'd say you look like you have a 'normal' BF%, so about 23%?
-
If everything else was good, I'd take it. However, if it makes you uncomfortable, you'd be getting the creeps all the time in the house, so I wouldn't recommend that you get it.
-
Everything that you want, and deliberately try to achieve, is a goal. Eating right and beating sugar addiction are both goals.

Raspberries and fiber bars.

Oh dear, this is awful. I actually can relate to your daughter a lot, since a similar thing happened to me. My mom was thin when I was growing up, but she made a point to NEVER talk about weight with me (hers, mine, or anyone else's), so I didn't think at all about 'fatness' until I was 10--I remember then that my aunt…
