i've tried both the plain shirataki and the shirataki with tofu and i just can't get past the rubbery texture. i've tried dry frying them too per a recipe in another thread but it only helped some. i've tried them 2+ times and definitely not my thing.

you should be more concerned about going into starvation mode because you don't eat for 6-8+ hours when you sleep!! you should wake up in the middle of the night and have a snack to keep it going....

i celebrate x-mas by using the time off from work and school to spend time at home with my boyfriend and our dog. and an excuse to go to holiday parties haha though when that comes up i usually just say happy holidays

welllll i would rather they buy themselves gifts instead of buying me something i don't like. same goes for me, i would rather buy myself something i know i will love than get something for someone that they say they "like" but won't ever use. exceptions are little things i KNOW they will like but i just really dislike…

i have the same issue.. i know what i need to do i know what i should and shouldn't eat or how much i should or shouldn't eat but i choose to stay the same. i've gotten better lately.. before i would binge and eat so much junk until it hurt then wait a bit and eat a buunch more. it's finals weeks so i haven't been making…

Im 5'8 cw 146.8 I dont have a goal weight but my goal body fat % is 20 where im currently 28ish. I have started the turbofire/p90x hybrid program to get to my goal! I went from 164 to this by just counting calories and exercising inconsistently.

we are going through the same thing! we've been living together for quite a bit longer but it is both of us we are just too tired sometimes!

losing weight fast will not be healthy. just start eating clean and exercise 5 times a week incorporating cardio with weight training. in order to lose that much weight by christmas you would have had to start a few months ago :/

Usually yes but lately my skin isnt doing so well and my eyebrows could be thicker so I dont feel as pretty without makeup. I do still go out and run errands without it though.
