Congratulations!! I know how hard it is to break free from disordered eating. I found success doing something similar, just by focusing on eating for health instead of trying to lose weight or eat at a certain calorie level. <3

HAHAHA I read the title and immediately rolled my eyes. Your little cat is NOT chubby! He's just big boned.

I've been MIA too!! That's awesome you're doing a no junk food challenge!! I know you posted this a few days ago but I think I'll start my own personal challenge for getting through this week with no junk food then extending it through next week. Taking it slowly helps me lol. Hope you're doing well!!

I love their champion brand!

The best advice I can give you is to just do it. We know we need to work out and eat a healthy balanced diet but sometimes other wants get in the way. Take it day by day and don't give up on yourself! You may mess up here and there but don't let that lead you down the eff it road. I'm sure most of us have been there. It…

Funny how you're doing the same thing. I stand by what I said. Goodbye!
-
OP- I agree completely!

When I was younger I would wear PJ pants to school sometimes. Ever since I bought yoga pants I don't find it necessary anymore. However if for whatever reason I do end up wearing PJs to the store one day and anyone wants to make a comment about it I'll tell you to eff off. I do what I want.

I know the feel!! That's why I usually try to fast until around at least 12 for my breakfast or I'm constantly hungry! I'm so jealous of your left over olive garden!! I haven't had them in forever!! Which I guess is kind of a good thing because I can not control myself when I go I get fettuccine Alfredo and bread sticks…

That all sounds so good!! Do you make your own black bean burgers or do you buy them? I've been wanting to try to make my own but haven't gotten around to it!

Hello!! I'm 5'8 and currently weigh 156.4. I am more concerned with losing body fat but based on where I am right now I'll probably need to lose around 15 pounds. I've been on MFP for over 2 years in which I yoyoed a lot and even developed a serious binging problem. The first 6 months of this yeat I spent eating at a…

Pretty much any other meat other than chicken breasts or thighs!! I can always count on getting some chicken boobs or thighs for at least 1.99# or less but every other meat product like steak, fish or even ground beef/turkey is more expensive per # so I can't eat as much of the other stuff as I want ????

That is awesome to see! Good for your for sticking to it. I love weighing daily or almost daily. It helps keep me on track!

bump for later. all these recipes are making me hungry!
-
i keep it logged and consider it bonus food when i'm hungry later or tomorrow!
-
i go 3-5 times a week and i love it!

I definitely know that feeling! But you have to realize you are STRONGER than that little troll. You may not win every time but after the first win it becomes easier. It is true what they say the more you use your willpower the easier it gets! Of course we will have some bad days and not the best days but you have to keep…

it is all trial and error. To start off on figuring out your calories I would be a good idea to go on the calculators and calculate your bmr and eat at least that a day plus the calories you burn through exercise. if you don't already own a food scale i would suggest getting one. they aren't too expensive and it is a real…

No. As long as you stay in a calorie deficit you will lose the fat. The benefits of strength training is so you lose more fat than losing fat and muscle.
-
You can't gain mass while in a calorie deficit. If you feel like your thighs are getting bigger it's your muscles retaining water. Once you lose the layer of fat over them they won't be huge *kitten* thighs anymore.

I was intimidated at first too and put off going for so long. I still can't do an unassisted pull up but at first I needed 2 bands now I could do it with just 1. It is for all levels of fitness, you won't improve without going out of your comfort zone. You can do it!!
-
I do and I love it!!! I go about 2-4 times a week. I've only ever made it 5 times once and I've been going since September.
-
Yes to both! I weigh most everything just to be sure I log correctly. The hrm is great for tracking how many calories I burn during exercise and seeing where my heart rate is at.

For cold meals I pack turkey meatballs/grilled chicken breast nuggets/hard boiled eggs with whatever veggies. I keep it in an insulated lunch box with 2 ice packs. If I have room I'll also pack fruit
