For cold meals I pack turkey meatballs/grilled chicken breast nuggets/hard boiled eggs with whatever veggies. I keep it in an insulated lunch box with 2 ice packs. If I have room I'll also pack fruit

You could always say you want to be healthy and exercise is good for you.

You can't spot reduce fat. Your muscles are probably retaining water and the fat over them makes them look bulky. If you reduce your overall body fat eating at a moderate deficit you will slim them down.

The average of your up day and down day is a bit under 1200 calories which is a very small amount. Unless you're very short and inactive I would say you're body is not getting the nutrients it needs. How tall are you and how active are you?

Yup! I look at my weekly calories to make sure Im still on track with my goals.

Weigh in whenever you feel like it. I weigh daily or sometimes once a week just depending on my mood. Unless you get too stressed about the number on the scale I don't see a problem weighing whenever you feel like it.

The only way I cook my chicken is season it with whatever spices or a mrs dash spice blend then throw it on the George Foreman grill. I need more ideas too hah

You can take control! I've been in a similar boat but what has worked for me is calorie cycling and intermittent fasting. I love food a lot!! For my calorie cycling I basically have my weekly calories then have a low day and a high day. It balances out and helps me because some days I want to eat more than others. Maybe…

that is why I can't do traditional breakfast. I try to have my first meal after 1 when possible. I find myself satisfied on eating bigger meals later in the day and perhaps a fruit or veggie snack or two. Meal timing is irrelevant so just find out what works best for you!

I agree with this 100%!!! I could always go for food too. Putting off eating until I cant stand it anymore works for me sometimes its 10am and sometimes its 5 or 6. But then I have more calories to snack on until I go to bed. So that works for me!

I attend my Crossfit class at 6am but it is about 25-30 minutes away so I have to get up at 5 to get ready. It sucks but I like getting it over with in the morning so I can relax in the evening.

I hate them too!! I spent $60 on turbo fire but seriously only completed 1 week! I hated every minute of it. I'm not very coordinated and ended up just making up my own routines while doing the videos because they moved so fast!! You are not alone!!
