When I work out in the morning I don't eat before hand because I'm not hungry and if I eat something before working out I'm likely to get a cramp. Have you tried limiting your intake and working out? The weight loss surgery will help you lose the weight quicklybbut if you don't correct the mentality that caused you to be 100 pounds overweight in the first place you may just gain all the weight back.

That is completely unnecessary. Calculate your maintenance calories and subtract 10-20% depending on how much you need to lose. If you do the fast you will wreck your metabolism.

Naughtiest would be to have beef because I make turkey ones and they're good but beef is so much yummier. I would add mayo, ketchup, pepper jack cheese, avocado and bacon of course. Yum now I want one!!
