What are your fitness goals? Are you trying to lose weight? If so I think 1600 is a little high too. I'm 5'8 and eat at my bmr of 1500 and eat most of my exercise calories back.

I do this!! I exercise sometimes just to be able to eat some ice cream with the bf! He is alwaysss eating at night so I like to have quite a few calories for dinner and after dinner snacks. I don't always eat all of them but I like to have them as a cushion just in case. You just have to experiment and find out what works…

So what if its offered year round? Alcohol is offered year round but that's not an excuse to be an alcoholic because its there. That's honestly stupid. The problem is that we have no self control and eat it. No one is forcing you to eat a deep fried whatever it is a choice!

i love JUDDD i was doing 1500 cals before plus exercise cals but i feel my weight loss was so slow. i started juddd last week and i feel like it's going a lot faster! amazing how changing your routine can help!
