i usually use an hrm when i do cardio and i just subtract 100 calories from it before logging it on here.

it's a good book and has a lot of exercises to do and you go through stages. i personally got over changing it up so much and did stronglifts 5x5 instead which focuses on a few full body compound moves. it is a good program though i think it's just personal preference.

so what if they think "you're pregnant or just fat" you are changing it! don't let what they think about you get you down because YOU know you are working on yourself. they're just being catty because as women most of us are sensitive about our weight.

how tall are you? you could probably be eating more than that! if you have a sec go to the apps tab up top and calculate your bmr and try to eat that minimum! this may sound weird to you but if i eat breakfast i tend to eat more through out the day because no matter what i have tried eating for breakfast i am full an hour…

When i eat a regular breakfast i tend to eat more in the day. When i dont i tend to eat less. Skipping it works for me so i save my calories for later in the day when i really want them!

some very close friends know and my boyfriend knows. though his words are "just get self control" to that i say ohh yeah i'll just pick some up at walmart! ugh that pisses me off he thinks he understands because he use to be fat but he so doesn't understand.

I comoletely agree with keeping it simple! For me salmon is a treat so I really want to enjoy the salmon flavors so all I add is fresh squeezed lemon juice, bake it for 10-25mins (i cant quite remember exactly how long but when you take a piece of it with a fork and its flaky) and eat it with some avocado. Delicious! !
