When I was fat, I thought I was a large framed, hourglass figure. Turns out I have a very slight frame, and more of an olive oyl thing goin' on Edited to add, I was a size 16 with 38 dd's.... Now I am a size zero in a damn training bra from the kids department. Lol.

i like sweetened almond milk in my coffee, it gives me 45 percent my daily needs of calcium, and bonus, tastes like almonds. Pretty much all win for me.

my son is an ultra picky eater (sensory disordered) and I dont think I COULD give you ideas unless you let on what you do eat. My son eats no pastas,or rice for example. He also doesnt eat any meat, or beans. Picky eaters can lose weight eating what they already eat, only less of it.

Truth, sometimes I just go by my weeks caloric intake, meaning I have some epically over days, and A bunch of sad food days afterwards. I can't eat my maintaining calories perfectly each day it seems.

just because you cant pronounce it, doesnt mean its bad for you. If you want to eat less calories, try using less of what you already use, or trying a reduced calorie spread.

I have a love/hate relationship with food ever since I started calorie counting. I hate that I love to eat food, think about food, etc. I wish I didnt get hungry/eat out of stress.

I like the sweetened varieties of almond milk for coffee. They usually say "original" on the carton. Coconut beverage (in the carton, not the can) is nice too, but super high in saturated fat.

i have seen the commercials on youtube, but I dont have cable. I think it is sad that they are so heavy, and that their lives are so complicated by their weight. The commercial I saw featured a women named "penny" who seemed very self-centered. I felt worse for her kid than I did for her.

yeah I dont do those 500 calorie burn SUPER WORKOUTS. I mean like, I will do some yoga, take a long walk, do some aerobics, etc. Im no fitness icon. ;)
