-
At home I have boxed "blush" wine, or one of the lower calorie wine coolers on the market (I am for less than 200 calories per cooler), or light beer. At a bar I have amaretto and diet coke, or light beer.

I am 5'4, currently in the mid to high 120's. I'd like to see 115, but we'll see. Sometimes I get hungry, and eat all the things. So my loss has been slow at this level, but considering I started out at 175 lbs, whatever. :)

yikes, i dont think run of the mill suggestions will help. please keep seeing medical doctors till this is resolved.

so the entire buffet is deep fried? even the salad bar?

300 or less. I like to eat the majority of my calories later on in the day.

I am unsure if this helps, but I think dried fruit and granola is very high in calories for just a small (unsatisfying) portion. maybe give those a go?

i find weight loss and weight maintainence simpler if i eat similar foods each day. i have go to orders at restaurants as well. breakfast- 2 oz of high fiber cereal (all bran or fiber one) topped with 4 oz of milk, 2 cups of coffee with a tablespoon of coffee creamer in each cup. (breakfast is always 300 calories, or less)…

my kids love cereal, and cereal is fortified with lots of important vitamins. if you buy the generics/large bags, its a cheap breakfast. yay cereal!

there is a website devoted to former raw vegans/fruitarians called beyondveg.com. lots of personal stories of people who decided to stick with vegetarianism, but found they had serious health problems sticking with a fruity diet long term. however, others seem to do well on it, outside of some issues with their teeth.

i like to cook a full crockpot of boneless skinless chicken breasts, and then weigh and freeze in 4 oz portions. Each 4 oz baggie (i freeze in ziploc bags) is 110 calories, and 22g of protien. i do cottage cheese with fruit as a dessert quite a bit too.
-
well i am a stupid human being then, because I use all bran cereal to meet my fiber goals.
-
lots of margarine on the market these days without trans fat. We use imperial sticks in our home, and its trans fat free. It is 89 cents a pound, versus butter, which is 4 dollars a pound at my local grocery store.

if your kids love milk, cut back on the other sources of dairy in their diets. my kids get 3 serves of dairy a day, and they can choose between a slice of cheese (a kraft single or string cheese), a glass of milk, a go-gurt tube, or a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. Things may be different in my home than yours however, since I…

food nazis will have you believe that eating foods like mac and cheese are bad, but i dont think there are bad foods.

that is a lot of protein. why so high?

there are occupational therapists who work on this problem exclusively. my kid is autistic, and an extreme picky eater. We are supposed to start with a feeding therapist soon.
