How to get enough protein

I'm struggling to get enough protein in my diet without resorting to supplements. I'm managing to stay well within my calorific limits on a daily basis, but my macro breakdown looks more like 40%fat, 40%carb and 20%protein. Does anyone have any helpful advice? Id prefer to be eating as cleanly as possible.

We may be able to offer specific recommendations if you open your food diary, otherwise there really isn't a lot of information to go by..0

Reduce some fruit and other carbs so that you can fit in the protein.
Add eggs, cottage cheese, nuts, chicken thighs, salmon, shrimp, beans, sirloin, tofu, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and leafy greens, and broccoli.0 -
Chicken breast and shrimp are good ways, if you like those things. Greek yogurt, too.0

i like to cook a full crockpot of boneless skinless chicken breasts, and then weigh and freeze in 4 oz portions. Each 4 oz baggie (i freeze in ziploc bags) is 110 calories, and 22g of protien.
i do cottage cheese with fruit as a dessert quite a bit too.0 -
Thanks all.0
