I like a light breakfast, so its not really skipping, but calorie wise, its like a snack.

I think the boca original vegan burgers are low fat, and they are definitely low calorie/high protien.

You need to eat at least the minimum amount of calories for a man. 1200 is too little. Try adding more calorie dense sources to your diet.

I definitely vote for relaxing and keeping it simple. I like quick grain based breakfasts (cereal, toast, or oats) typically a sandwich or salad for lunch.

breakfast- toast on high fiber bread, lunch- I like sandwiches, canned soup, and wraps (I just use a tortilla).

yeah, when I found out that sugar is cereals, breads,condiments, fruit, etc... I felt like I should probably drop the sugar sweetened beverages, because I clearly get enough sugar in my diet :)

well, maybe it is a fad, but I switched to packing my child a reusable water bottle in his lunch box instead of a juice box. I think between the peanut butter sandwich and the cookie or apple he has in there, additional sugar is probably overkill.

I have long standing stomach problems, and I tried cutting dairy for 4 months, as well as meat and eggs. Unfortunately this diet change caused my stomach problems to take a turn for the worse. I limit it to one packet, so 4 calories per packet would be 1g of carbs... I think. Anyways, it works so nicely in coffee.

also, I would put 2 lbs of frozen chicken breasts in the crock with a little water (like an inch deep) and a packet of taco seasoning. In eight hours I would shred it with two forks, and serve it as taco filling/salad topping.

sandwiches were a favorite, with simple side dishes like baby carrots or an apple. We did a lot of turkey and swiss, and grilled cheese with tomato soup.

I use a single packet of sweet n' low in my coffee in the morning, and chew xylitol gum after meals. My kids use the xylitol lollipops/mints in the same way. those are my family's alternate sugar choices.

I try to keep it to 25, but often end up in 30's and 40's. I eat fiberone cereal (the original one), typically beans or soy products, and sometimes whole grain breads/pasta.

I had the no sugar added so delicious coconut ice cream a while back, 400 calories for the pint.

Just sharing- an oreo has 45 calories, and a normal ice cream sandwich (like kemps or blue bunny) is around 160 calories. Easy to fit in.

Its really expensive, and not available in my local grocery store. I can get cottage cheese for a good price, and I love the taste, so I stick with that.

I have had raw milk before, from a neighbor who was just getting into dairying. (I live in the country) and it wasnt nearly as awesome as I had heard it would be. Honestly I like the ultra-super-pasturized lactaid 2% much better.
