Yeah I drink a lot of protein drinks and take vitamins. I juice all my veggies since I can't eat them otherwise.I eat pudding,applesauce,cottage cheese yogurt,mashed potatoes,rice... it hasn't been too different than what I normally eat. I had jaw surgery three weeks ago today.Even though I feel fine,my motivation to go to the gym has completely stalled. Even my evening walks are beginning to be suffer. It helps me as well. Sometimes I get a feeling like hmm I want to eat something(though not really hungry). A cup of coffee usually satisfies me until the next meal.

I would never give up my coffee. You would have to pry it from my cold fat dead fingers. I did however give up the sugar in the coffee. I now use sweetner.Still use the cream though,I am just better at measuring an actual teaspoon instead of pouring it all in there lol.

Water weight. I notice it the next day after I go out to eat.Way too much sodium in those dishes.

I eat absolutely anything I want as long as it fits in my daily calorie allowance. I have cookies,ice-cream etc.. I have lost 2-3 pounds a week consistently since I started and lost a total of 71 pounds.

This thread makes me sad.I just had surgery on my jaw,I have no choice but to eat a liquid diet.I would kill for something crunchy right now.Especially cookies.Must have cookies.

I have caught myself staring at people once or twice completely by accident on my part. I did the same three years ago. I found that drinking lots of water and coffee helped a lot. Also,I found sucking on Worther's chocolate candies to be real helpful too.(Just make sure you count the calories lol.) Pick up some new hobbies too if you can to keep your hands busy.
