I drank Pepsi all day long at at one point. I simply just stopped. The last time I had a sip,I didn't even enjoy it. I love and prefer my water now.

Every morning...and every time I go to the bathroom lol. I just like to see the fluctuations,they don't bother me. I'm a bit geeky and like seeing data.

So not true. I refuse to give up white bread and I have lost 59 pounds.Matter of fact I have bread pretty much every day.

I don't understand why people only eat 1200 calories. Are you real short? I am 5'5 and eat 1500 a day and still lose 2 pounds or more a week..I do walk a lot,but nothing earth shattering.Just curious,not bashing. I would be eating my arm at only 1200 calories.

I don't delete anyone. They might come back some day and need some motivation and support. They might be on vacation etc.. I just don't see the need to delete people,It's not like they are taking up air being on my friend's list.

I used it for a few months when I first started. I did lose 40 pounds. HOWEVER- I am still losing at the same rate eating normal foods within calorie range as well and am much more filled and happier for it lol. No longer wanting to eat my own arm.

I struggle with some of the same feelings. I was also diagnosed with panic disorder a few years ago.(Maybe look into that?) Anyway,I lost 55 pounds since joining MFP last year at this time. 59 more to go! Sending you a friend request.:)

I'll never understand why people find it so hard to weigh stuff.. It takes literally two minutes per meal to weigh and log my food.A total of ten minutes a day(and that is being generous) to make sure I do not overeat.Seems like it would be worth it if you wanted it bad enough.

If I can fit it in,sure why not. Though I usually just have a mcchicken sandwich.They are my favorite,not a fan of the fries.

I lost 45 pounds about 6 months ago,since then I have been just hovering around 220. I would love to finally get under 200. I really need a push! Count me in please!

The only thing that bothers me at the gym is if someone doesn't wipe the machines down. Gross. Otherwise,I really can't imagine caring what they do if it doesn't have anything to do with me.

I use avocado (expensive!!) as a substitute to mayo these days,I never even thought about using hummus. I shall have to try it now,thanks!:drinker:

I have a judgmental cat you can have! >.> Anyway, I hate exercise too,I still do it three times a week .but I hate it. (strength training and boring cardio machines) I do love going for walks though,so that is pretty much my main source of exercise daily. I guess you just have to find something you enjoy.
