Same thing happened to me! I lost 25 pounds.. but then gained back 30 after the stress of family and the death of a close friend. I'm so sorry about your grandpa! Definitely love food.. and working out is hard with a busy schedule! Feel free to add me for support. Good luck!

About 2 1/2 years ago, I did whateevr workouts I wanted that day and just made sure to do portion control and count my calories. Lost 10 pounds. Quit caring. Gained it back and then some. Now I am debating whether to just try to be under my calories or decipher between all the sugar, sodium, carbs, fat, best exercise,…

I have the identical issue, I just try to exercise when its cooler, like at morning and in the late afternoon. Not scratching would help if I had some self control :P try to wait and just shower after your workout to cut down so many showers. There's not much we can really do other than that :\

Sweating for the engagement, maybe? A little birdie put it in my ear that it may be coming soon, so I'd like to be prepared! :) Feel free to add!!! :)

I'll take your word for it and google later, thank you!

Hmmm! Good idea :) It's interesting how cooking it different ways makes the food taste totally different!
-
You can add me :) Just remember that whether others motivate you or not, be your own motivation! Or let your husband be! Imagine how it would feel for him to come home and be like, "whoa! where's the rest of my wife!?" :)

Try to exert your stress in a different way. EX: Yoga, running, meditation, talking to a friend, etc. Remember, if you eat like crap, you perform like crap. Which, will definitely not help with school! You got this :) Feel free to add.

Definitely 80!!!!!!!!! I hate the cold, so does my shins and lungs!!!

You can add me :) and that goes for anyone else :)

Thanks guys!!

That's a great state of mind! I felt like an athlete before I was a runner. If you're sweating and pushing yourself but having fun and loving every second, you're an athelete regardless!

Or maybe a health challenge to do together would be more appropriate? We thought about this after your comment. :) Thanks :) --the best friend.

Or maybe a health challenge would be more appropriate. But ideas would still be appreciated. :)

Spicy Tuna Roll sounds yummy! Must try that! But I just don't like dark chocolate. Do you think skinnycow candy or ice cream would be a good alternative?

Thanks for all the great advice!!! I will definitely start taking it one day at a time.

It's really just to have some sort of goal. I used to bounce between 110-115 at this height, with more muscle than I have now. It seemed like it was just natural, so I'd like to get somewhere close to that, if possible. And then I have room to miss my goal, but still be completely satified.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! I'm about to read the blog!!!!

Treat yourself to a spa day, maybe? Or take time to do something you wouldn't normally do, go out to dinner with a friend, catch a movie, etc.

Barely ever go to McDonald's, but if I do - Breakfast - Oatmeal or egg white delight. Lunch or Dinner - Southwest chicken salad with Southwest dressing. Snack - Fruit & Yogurt parfait, side salad with balsamic or southwest dressing.

Maybe purchase a heart rate monitor that shows the calories burned? The ones that wrap around your stomach seem to be more accurate.

18, and sleep in a sports bra :) that way i have support but it's not uncomfortable!

Thank you for all the great answers!!! I mean to have them about twice a week, when I am in a hurry and low on options.

I've been on this site since I was 15. I haven't had any issues being unhealthy (anorexic, etc.) and this site has taught me to go for healthy and not skinny. I think if they're 14 or older, it's appropriate. This site has helped me not become obese like most of my family.

I maxed 95 on power cling! First time ever!
