I want to lose at least 30lbs. I was much more comfortable around 150 (2 babies ago!). But I would be THRILLED to lose 50! :happy: Thanks for all the advice, I think I will stick to what I'm doing. 1,500 cals/day seems to be working and I don't eat my exercise calories on most days... just depends on how I'm feeling.
