  • Starting weight was 226... plus a few pounds didn't start using mfp until few weeks into weight loss . Joined mfp at around 213lbs so v pleased determined to shift this weight n be fit by September. :)

  • Before I had my boys and we had lots of time I used to love doing weights stiff leg deadlifts weighted squats etc loved the shape it gave me now we have no time no space for gym equipmnt and no money for gym membership. We have some free weights but where ive been outta shape for 3yrs nearly just doing squats n excercise…

  • definitely keeping up a good healthy diet just worried about being left with my baby sack once lost fat .. so looks like planking n core exercise is the way to go.
  • Another question.. obviously im monitoring my cals weighing all my food etc but are people saying its a bad idea to do sit ups whilst losing body fay. My theory is if I do both then as the fat goes will be replaced by muscle so no saggy skin in the stomach region?

  • Thanks might have worked out the issue the foot on the scales where all the electrics are has come loose ... so im blaming that lol... be buying new scales today! Did start planking too not got much experience with core exercises like that tho will get googling

  • Try to have all my carbs early normally but today everything went pear shaped and have jusr eaten dinner now. 7pm Wont go to bed till about 9 30 ish so might do a bit extra cardio :) as feeling guilty but glad its a myth tho !

  • Thank you for all ur replies. Peanut butter is s no no for me as it upsets my stomach. But all the other suggestions will help :) ,definitely don't want to be losing my hair:)
  • Im having a protien shake in the morning with a banana lunch is usually rice cakes and fish / meat dinner is meat/ fish and veg or salad with slow releasing carbs . Im pretty sure I dont have any mental issues lol but will keep an eye on it. Just trying to not eat fatty high sodium wheat or dairy... :/ intolerant to dairy…
  • Im 28 this yr so I figured im close enough my starting weight was 226 but I didn't start using my fitness right off. Started eating healthy and wheat n dairy free 5.5 wks ago now and am down to 207lbs ... determined to be fit by the end of the year sick of being a jelly belly with no self esteem..:)
