I don't blame you! I don't run a ton but when I do its by myself.. BUT.. I live in the country and I know most of the neighbors (and I am only running like 2 miles lol so I'm not going far).. if it were me - I would have my phone in my hand.. no ear buds (so you can hear whats going on) and I would carry a thing of pepper…

I second Fitnessblender.com - tons of great free videos. At home right now I have Focus T25 that I really enjoy - I also have Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. You can also find tons of workout videos for free on youtube.com

I'm an addict :) With a hubby laid up with a bad back, two kids, a full time swing shift job and a house to keep after - I don't have time to find a sitter and go to the gym so everything I do is in home. I have done Insanity (not per schedule but would do a workout of my choice daily). Just currently started T25 and would…

I can't recommend burning that much more! Have you calculated what your body needs just to survive?? Also.. keep in mind that if you are eating too less of calories - your body will think you are starving and actually slow down your metabolism to protect itself - so under eating will actually deter weight loss. You will…

I love them - they don't freeze solid - they are more like a popsicle. I love keeping green grapes and blueberries in the freezer to snack on.
-
I'm not currently doing the challenge but I have done the workouts that go along with those and LOVE them!
-
Would love any additional motivation and support! Feel free to ad me :)

My current favorite sweet snack is a cup of Dannon Vanilla Yogurt with a cup of frozen blueberries mixed in! YUMM..

I just got back into the swing of working out - I know in a few months I am going to need motivation to keep it up so I'll add you! I am usually great for the first 2-3 months and then I start to die out - so my goal this time is to make it long term on the fitness train. :)

love it

I wish I was good at interior design! Actually 30, married, chemical process operator :)

This looks like a fun group - I'd love a twin for some more motivation/support! - Age: 30 (two kids) Height: 5'7" Highest weight: 141 (pregnant~165) Current weight - 141 Goal weight: 125-130 not as worried about the number as I am what I see in the mirror. Busy full time working mom - trying to look better in my bikini and…

Working swing shift I tend to have a few "grab and go" meals that are needed. I found that I like to buy frozen grilled/chopped chicken breast and some bags of steamable veggies. Microwave each and toss in a bowl together. Wa-la a healthy quick meal. :) But I also agree on meal planning - that has saved me TONS. I do two…

You look great! Definately great inspiration to know that you can get back in shape after baby! (I honestly didn't think getting a flat tummy after a c-section was possible!) Great job!

MIne will fluctuate a few pounds during the day. What I do is weigh myself every monday morning - I get up, I pee, I strip to my undies and bra and weigh myself. That way clothes don't factor in each week. This is most accurate for me. I may go down two weeks and then up a little the third, but then a slightly larger drop…

I don't know if its the most accurate - but I weigh myself every monday right after I wake up.. just undies and bra. Seems to work for me.

I found that when I was only going for 3-4 workout times a week.. I often said "i'll do it tomorrow".. but when I switched it up to a daily thing.. I tried my best to get it in.. but if I didn't then I didn't beat myself up over it. But I agree with others.. its a priority thing. I also look at myself often in the mirror…

I have the DVD and LOVE it! I don't use it as an everyday workout. I workout at work. (I work in a chemical plant as a process operator but they just built a brand new gym that is free to employees 24/7) But I work 30 minutes from home so its not easy to make it out to the gym everyday if I'm not working. I use the DVD on…

Agreed. It seems kind of confusing when you first start using the site though (i'm a newbie only a little over a week)... because its green when you have calories left.. and red with a big negative sign if you go over.. when really like you said you should get at least what the goal is. can be confusing.
