Liquid soy or sunflower lecithin ( don't notice a taste). You could add ground flax seeds which keep better than flax oil. Hemp hearts too. Trader Joes sunbutter has a lot of sugar which you may not want. You can get sugar free nut butters if you want to pay a bit more.
