I make my smoothies with raspberries, lime juice and unsweetened soy milk.
I'd like to add essential fats to it.

yes, i add Trader Joe's sunbutter to mine...not a lot but just enough to get the healthy fats0

I live up north in Quebec, Canada so products are not as available here.Would sunflower oil work too?0

ahahah OK not THAT far up north! It's a proper city, but for example coconut oil is hard to find.0 -

It is very easy to order coconut oil online from places like amazon, it will take a while to thaw out though once you get it in the house and out of the cold.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil I'm assuming would be easy to find anywhere, won't effect the taste of the smoothie much either! You can also use things like peanut butter if you like the flavor. Any nuts will do.0 -
I used to add canola oil to my smoothies, and couldn't really taste it.
Experiment with flaxseed oil, sunflower oil, etc until you find the right combo.
ETA: I could definitely taste the tsp of olive oil in the smoothies - not a tasty treat, at all.0 -

Liquid soy or sunflower lecithin ( don't notice a taste). You could add ground flax seeds which keep better than flax oil. Hemp hearts too.
Trader Joes sunbutter has a lot of sugar which you may not want. You can get sugar free nut butters if you want to pay a bit more.0 -

I add flaxseed meal and chia seeds to my fruit smoothies. Both are good sources of Omega 3s. Both also tend to soak up a lot of liquid and will act as a thickening agent.
It's cheaper to buy the seeds at Amazon rather than the grocery store. Also note that flax seeds need to be ground up for your body to absorb the nutrients. For that reason, I buy the pre-ground flaxseed meal.0 -
I definitely second the avocado idea!
You can't really taste it, but it gives your smoothie a really nice creamy consistency.0
