I think its a higher that normal carb intake as well. I also noticed very few veggies. Iceburg lettuce is just solidified water in my book -- very little nutritional value. Heft up your lunch or one of your breaks with a spinach or spring mix salad. I usually put almonds or fruit in my salad to make it more interesting.
