Having the surgery is worth it!! I had 2 abdominal hernias. One fixed by mesh and the other just sewn. The pain after wasn't too bad and the recovery was pretty quick. Unfortunately a year later the smaller hernia that was sewn came back and another one above the mesh repaired hernia. Doctor says I'm just prone to them. :(…

I started using myfitnesspal about a year ago and just realized yesterday how dramatic my change has been. So I thought I'd share here since myfitnesspal has been such a huge part of my weigh loss. I was about 220+ in the first pics. Not at my goal yet but I'm 165 now.
