Hello my name is Deisha. I tend to do well for a while then something slips, food or exercise. Hopefully this group will keep me I the straight and narrow! I currently weigh 70kg with 27% body fat. So I am aiming to get both down.

No 27% body fat isn't horrible. You said you still have a little weight to lose, so your figures will change. I don't know how accurate google body fat % is. Can you not have it taken elsewhere? I have mine done at my gym.

I use Warrior Blaze fat burner. http://www.bodybuildingwarehouse.co.uk/warrior-blaze-90-caps Without a fat burner in an hour i usually burn 600 calories on average. With a fat burner I can burn close to 1000 calories. Maybe it is the fat burner, maybe its my mind playing tricks on me!
