I log everything I can remember, including sugar-free Werthers Originals, but sometimes I think it's weird that I know how many calories there are in Tums.

Any time between 8:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m., depends on how long it takes to talk myself into it. Sometimes the convincing can take a while. :ohwell:

Chocolate Malto-Meal. They didn't sell it in New Hampshire, so my great Aunt and Uncle would bring boxes of it every summer when they visited.

I lost 35 lbs. and kept it off for 3 years (then I was laid off and everything went south). I love meat and cheese, so it was a good fit.

This is so true! I won't give up diet soda and I save a LOT of my calories for dinner and evening snacks. Both things I've read here are TERRIBLE! I eat dinner late (8 p.m.) and I snack while I watch t.v. That's never going to change, so I adjust my diary to fit in with my lifstyle. Such wonderful advice!!!

I did the same thing. I lost 10 pounds, then gained 4 back in ONE weekend!! I've lost the 4 back now, but I was so mad at myself. The old me would have given up, but this place keeps me motivated. You can do this!

I noticed a couple of my recent foods weren't on the list this afternoon, even though they were there this morning. The experts should be here shortly to give us good tips. :smile:

They should be automatically saved under Recent and Frequent. (I think) And you can use Quick Tools to copy from other days.

It worked for me, but I got tired of the carb restrictions. I have oatmeal now for breakfast every day, and it still makes me smile. (I'm sure that will wear off after a while.) I'll be honest, I do miss all the meat and cheese. Best of luck to you, I hope it works for you, too.

I eat my dinner late (8 pm) and then snack while I watch t.v That's never going to change. I pre-plan most of my daily meals, including late-night treats, so I do save up about 750 calories for evenings.

Diet Mt. Dew in the morning (I don't like coffee), Crystal Light and water in the afternoon (both free at work), Diet Sierra Mist and water in the evening.

I haven't received any (I hardly post), but I've sure read a lot. Mostly with new people who are told to suck it up and stop making excuses. Do you know how hard it is to make that first post? I do believe in tough love, but sometimes it's unnecessarily harsh.

I add Crystal Light to my water at work (it's free). I do NOT care for water, but I try to drink 32 oz. of water a day, in addition to everything else.

Cheese. Always. Meat. Any kind. Sunflower seeds (in the shell). I snack on them while I watch t.v. so I won't raid the fridge. (I raid the pantry instead.) see below Kettlecorn microwave popcorn. Never had it until this year, now I'm quite hooked on it.

Yes, definitely. I've lost weight before without exercising, and I didn't fit back into clothes I should have at that weight.

I love Cinnamon Life (120 calories for 3/4 cup, 6 sugars). I don't even need the milk, sometimes I eat it as a snack. It might not be the smartest choice, but it's what I like, so I allow for it.

Yes, fairly new member here. Just MFP, although I'm not eating back my exercise calories. But to be honest, it's not that much at this point.

You have 981 calories left??? I may have to remove you as a friend. : ) Eat something calorie-dense, like peanut butter with something else. Other than that, I wouldn't worry about being under for one day. A lot of those calories were earned through exercise, right? So it's not like you're starving yourself.
