Thank you lovelies <3 Im so proud of myself, made it 9 days! Already I'm seeing an improvement. I can almost make it through all of warm up without dying :smile: Cant do push up jacks, pushups that have a jump up in the middle, or the v pushups - so I alternate with knee pushups. I put on 5lb and don't fit into my trousers - it's how i know my totm is coming up. It's completely normal - exercising & drinking lots of water helps.

I did this as part of Ramadhan - it was awesome! the first couple of days were really hard due to the caffeine withdrawal, but once I got over that, I did find I had loads of energy during the day & yes, more likely to exercise in the evening :) In the end, whatever works for you I guess - I lost 7lb. Thank you all for your responses, and special thanks for the articles. I didn't plan to be up so early, and definately wont make it a habit. Decided to do extra circuit training this evening to give me a bit more leeway with calories. Overall, the damage isnt too bad, I guess.

Join a morning bootcamp or running club. Never thought I'd get up to exercise, but just finished my first week of morning bootcamp - 6:00-6:45 in the morning! It can be done :) Probably a lot easier when you see others are in pain too! :)

Also, I started out with 1lb weights, and now I use 9lb ones. Don't change the weights too quickly, else you might injure yourself. And stretch after skipping :) and when you're done :)
