  • do vegetarian chili in the crockpot. use morningstar or boca crumbles, add 2 cans of diced tomatoes (I use 1 w/ green chilies & 1 w/ green peppers), jar of pace picante, a can of black beans, can of corn and a packet of chili seasoning. Super healthy, super filling and delicious!
  • I love seeing that too! This site has been a real motivator and really holds me accountable...to myself. I think before I put any food in my mouth "Do I really want to record that?" ha ha... My only wish is that they would incorporate work-out dvds into the Exercise searches...I don't want to enter each individual weighted…

  • yes, it's a workout - it's only about 20 minutes and has three different levels so you can progress up to a more challenging workout. Jillian Michaels' workout dvds are awesome - I have her three recent videos along with two older videos.
  • I did all three of Jillian's DVDs last year, religiously for about 7 weeks (I was heading to Jamaica to get married). I dropped a couple of sizes, lost about 9 pounds and gained a ton of muscle - my arms were ripped, I had a six pack and I lost a lot of fat from butt/thigh area. Believe me, it works! Stick with it!
