woah, had no idea this had so many posts. basically i decided it's not great overall. but im thining about trying to to the 16:8. it seems way easier. just eat for 8 hours fast for 16 maybe once or twice a week. I think i'll try it once this week and see how it goes. thanks for all the input everyone. i don't need to lose…

5'2.5 and i weight around 127. at 120 i felt good about myself so i guess thats my goal. however i would be fine at 123 yet some muscle idk. add me if were similar in goals!

haha i hate my legs too they're my worst enemy- even when i was at my lowest weight they were still "big" to me. all you can do is try and accept your body for what it is. the best thing that my gma said to me is when you get older it's much better to have strong built legs than little scrawny ones and the big ones can…

lol exactly. if you eat unhealthy you'll end up paying for it later in medicine and hospital bills plus you don't need to buy foofy stuff, just more fruits and veggies and rice alone will improve your diet.

Thanks for this post, OP. I'm 5'2.5 and 130 pounds and I hate hate my body...but this made me feel better, considering I'm very muscular. I still have the urge to be tiny and cute and sometimes even frail is more beautiful to me than my thick skin..but I'm working on it.
