I gave up on creatine many years ago for bulking. Sustanon 250, heavy weights and about 4,000 calories a day works best for me.

I see no point in all the leg curls & extensions and so on. All they do is make your knee`s hurt. No way, I can do squats and deadlifts on the same day. Ok, I`m in. I challenge you to take the amount of time you spend on the internet and looking at your phone per day, and exercise that same amount of time. Walk, run, sit ups, deadlifts, squats you pick! Or make it easy, every time you look at your phone you owe one push up. Every time you send a text, you owe 5.
