I do get hungrier, I just try to distract myself before just giving into a craving. I try to paint my nails, play a game...anything to keep my mind busy. I'm a 38D-DD depending on the sizing. Most of my workouts consist of walking and yoga so I don't have too much of a problem but every now and then I like to do dance videos and such. Normally I wear a wired, more supportive sports bra with a snug cotton sports bra over it to help hold things in place.

I'm 5'6" and I've set my first goal weight to about 145 so that I'm well into a healthy BMI. I think the lowest I'll ever want to be is in the 130s but I'm aiming for 145-ish first and then going to alter my goal from there until I'm happy with my body (:
