Gama week 1 day 2, Oh my goodness, Gama has stepped up the difficulty in both agility and strength. Today I was totally burned out. I rated myself at 42% in form and speed when compared to Shawn T. My shoulders are spent, exhausted, and totally kaput. However, marked it as finished! Every one hang in, keep pressing play,…

Stay the course, eat healthy, and watch your body get fit and trim.

Started Gama day 1 today... Speed 3.0... two of us working out together and we almost took each-other out. This routine had us moving like crazy monkeys. Non-stop jump jump squat bur-pee down back spider push with jack feet kick your buddy in the head moves... Darn right funny :noway:

Today I finished Beta and next week advancing to Gama. Yesterday’s Dynamic Core made todays Rip’t Circuit a little hard. My ABS had not recovered. The great feeling washed over me from reaching the end of Beta. Everyone stay safe by moving with intent and keeping good form. Tomorrow is “Staturday” and I wish all great…

Made every workout this week, finished Beta week 5 day 3 today. My STATurday result are looking very positive... lost 1.5 for the week and gaining strength. Looking forward to GAMA. I am 7 lbs away from my goal weight and will make diet moves next week towards maintenance by adding 500 calories per day to plan.

-
Great write-up!!! I am looking forward to Gamma after 1 more week of Beta. Our plan is to do Pure Gamma then Gamma Strenght then switch back and forth between the two adding weights as we progress.

Welcome... I joined this group last week. I feel your struggle; however Alpha week 5 contains 3 TBC workouts, which helps bring in Beta. That said, I see nothing wrong with doing Alpha week 5 over until comfortable with progressing to Beta week 1.
-
OH my Goodness... That would have put me in ER
-
HIT my first goal - 20 lbs = 145 lbs with 6.5 inches off mid-section. Start BETA week 4 on Monday.

Great work... Did you do anything between last Fall and Now?
-
I started less modifier around my 7th week (Beta week 2). I still drop down when needed... ie... I focus on good form - would rather do great modifier that sloppy Non-modifier.
