My highest was a little over 200 lbs My lowest was 110 lbs My current weight is 120 as of this morning. I try to keep around here but can fluctuate as low as 115 and then shoot back to 130. I find maintaining very challenging.

I love hula hooping. I started years ago with a weighted hoop. Now I just use a kid's hoop or my bamboo hoop. I have them stashed all over the house and work, so I can just grab it and work out the kinks. Sometimes I will throw a movie on and go the entire time.
