Don't eat after a certain time.... Eat less to lose weight....I've eaten more than EVER, but it's all been better foods!!!! And added excercise

I wat myself everyday. The weight goes up and down. But my official weigh in day is Sunday and its always lower than the last Sunday. So that's when I log in my actual weight in MFP...
