Intermittent fasting is great.....it really should not be called fasting at all because it makes it sound extreme.....it is by far the easiest way to diet.....u basically just choose an 8 hour window every 24 hours to eat. THIS!! I did this last night when I got really hungry, had a whole POUND of asparagus which is 92 calories, just a little fat free italian dressing and parmesan cheese on top and BAM! about 125 calories max for alot of great tasting food.

I can plank for 5 minutes straight, just finished what was supposed to be Day 30's task (a 5 minute plank) but finished it on Day 15!!!! Going to start the 30 day Ab Challenge next. Hoorah!
