Has anyone done the Beer Diet ("A 6 pack a day for 6 pack Abs") and been successful?
I cant give it up.....I don't need to drink any more than a 6 pack a day but I gotta have it.....I drink Natural Light so I figure it's mostly water anyway so I can fulfill my water requirement and be fine right? What say you guys?
