Shakeology is very good. I'm still out for debate on the price tag though. I'm thinking if you can stretch it out to eat it 3 times a week, instead of daily, it may be worth it. Otherwise it disappears very quickly (and adds $up$ quickly!)- especially when there is more than one person drinking the shakes!

I started about a month ago, then had to stop because I got sick. I'm going to give it another try! It was definitely hard, but it felt soooo good when I was done!

I'm in the same boat. I've been stuck around 150 for over a year now. I even quit going to Weight Watchers because I got tired of hearing everyone else raise their hands to celebrate their weight loss, and never having one myself. I'd love any tips that you guys would have!

Hi! I'm in the process of doing the C25K now. I have NEVER been a jogger in my life. In high school, we were supposed to "run the mile"... yeah, it took me 20 minutes.
