  • THANKS!!!! I burn about 430 calories at each work out. Plus walking twice a day. At 1565 calories should I change my macros and up my calories? According to the calculators I should be eating about 1950 calories now.... I though the point was NOT to eat back the calories...

So I redid my Macros and a 20% deficit is about 1500 calories so I;m shooting for 1550 and see how things go in 2 weeks or so.   • Hi There! And thanks for the response! OK so my Macros look like this: 70% fat (86g), 25% protein 69g), and 5% carbs (14g). I shoot for 1,000 to 1,100 calories per day and that gives me about a 1,152 calorie deficit. So shouldn't I be losing by DEFAULT?!

  • Thank guys! I just bought some coconut oil, and some sugar free fiber supplements (5g each - i read you need at least 20 per day) and I just ate avocado! I took a laxative last night and I'm back down to my lowest weight and I'm hoping making these changes I can take laxatives less often and get MOVING! Add me guys!
