Can't stay under calories or under protein. Suggestions?
Ever since I change my macros, I'm having a hard time staying under my calories! I recently dropped my protein to 15% after being 30% and I can't keep it down! I also upped my fat to 80% after being 60%. Now I add fat (and calories) to get up the fat intake and end up still eating like 20+% protein. Any suggestions!? I…
