How often do you lose?

Hi! . I'm new to Keto and I started back on June 30th. It's been about 3 weeks, and I've only lost about 5 pounds. I had me TOM last week but I thought that I would drop significantly this week and nothing. Any Advice? How often should I be dropping? Does it take a while? I heard you drop quick and then stable then drop again and it continues like this. I'm worried and I feel like my time is ticking and I'm doing this but I need loss. I want to give it a good 30 days before I give up, but I REALLY like is but want to keep going. I drink ALOT of water so that's not the issue. I have ketostix and it says I'm in ketosis.

You should be dropping about 2 lbs a week because it's just healthier that way. You're just 1 lbs above, not that bad. Also you could still be bloated, maybe you are retaining a lot of water. My TOM water retention doesn't go away for days. I just started keto, so I can't help you much.0

Depending on how 'good'
I am, about 1/2 lb. every 2 or 3 days. I've lost 12 lbs. in 3-4 weeks so far. Trying to keep my carbs under 20-25g a day & it's tough but the better I do the faster weight comes off. Also My calories are usually under 1200 - which I don't suggest for active people - but I'm only 5'2" and am not very active right now so not starving myself at all. I don't understand everything about keto yet (fat bombs?). Hang in there!
