Can't stay under calories or under protein. Suggestions?

Ever since I change my macros, I'm having a hard time staying under my calories! I recently dropped my protein to 15% after being 30% and I can't keep it down! I also upped my fat to 80% after being 60%. Now I add fat (and calories) to get up the fat intake and end up still eating like 20+% protein. Any suggestions!? I haven't checked the scale, weigh in Is Saturday. It's only been a few days but I don't want to keep going over my calories and protein. I was barely in keto this morning.

    The Homemade pizza is a keto pizza with a cheese/almond meal crust.

    I believe whats killing me is CHEESE EVERYWHERE! If I cut it down a lot or do cream cheese I think my protein will be more reasonable. But how do I get the fat in without going over calories? I'm semi new so maybe I'm too attached to macros? I heard Fat bombs? If I cut the cheese and add fat bombs???

    Have you tried Bullet Proof Coffee? I make mine with 2 T of MCT & 2 T of butter, that gives me 50g of fat

    I think if you are aiming for a lower protein amount you need to switch around one of your meals- possibly breakfast. You could do something like 3 boiled eggs and a veggie side, or avocado, or the sausage and those sides. Having 3 eggs and sausage at once is probably your sink. EDIT: sorry misread, I meant ham instead of sausage.

    If I want to do a lower protein or cal breakfast, I use full fat plain yogurt and top it with some nuts and coconut shavings. My usual is two pieces of bacon or ham, and two eggs though (I aim for about 100g of protein a day, usually falling short). Sometimes I do scrambled eggs with mushrooms and a tiny bit of cured sausage or pepperoni.

    Or you could change your macros a bit, something like midway from what you just switched it to? 70% fat?

    Initially, I wouldn't worry about the calories. Once you get your body adjusted to your new macros, you'll likely settle into the right calories.

    I agree. Don't focus on calories, just focus on macros.
