Logging Carbs

So I have a question about logging carbs and net carbs...
HOW??! LOL
I know that logging carbs is total carbs minus fiber, but so you just log it as is and kinda make mental note? For example, if I have all of the info then I put carbs and dietary fiber. But sometimes I only have carbs info. Does MFP automatically deduct that when factoring your carbs that day or should I?

From what I've seen, you need to manually deduct the fiber from total carbs, but I could be wrong...0

kiknitwite do you use Chrome? if so go to this site & add their chrome extensions http://foodfastfit.com/ Its awesome! it only works online so not on the app but it works out your net carbs for you and at the bottom of your food diary puts your net carbs in brackets next to the carbs & puts a pie chart at the bottom of the page. I love it! I also have my food diary set up so the fibre is right next to the carbs so I can do an easy subtraction in my head when using the app. Hope it helps0
