ok so maybe I am just being impatient. I guess I just got so used to seeing those numbers drop

the last loss I saw was April 25th. I started to introduce 5 1 minute runs in the middle of the walking on the treadmill. Also increased the speed at which I walk. Speed went from 2.5 to 3.7 slowly

My go to breakfast is 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup berries and 2 slices of microwave Hormel bacon. Nice big breakfast that keeps me full for a long time. I eat at 6:30 in the morning and have lunch around noon. Once in a while I change it up with Yogurt, almonds and an apple.

Not really following a plan either. I just try to eliminate things like pasta, bread, potatoes, crackers, cereal, rice. Fruits and veggies naturally have carbs in them, and for me that is ok but not to much processed as far as anything else.

well the last time I was 150 was around 12 yrs old. I KNOW there is no way my body will look the same now as it did then so I guess I just look at it when I get there and decide if this is "it".
