well as of today I am down 51# so I must be doing something right... I was just checking with you all cause advise is free. I think I will continue with what I have been doing and save my money for the new wardrobe I'm going to need someday! BTW- thank you to everyone that gave an answer

I make a 2 ingredient crepe. 2 eggs 2 oz fat free cream cheese Put in the blender until smooth makes 6 med or 4 large crepe I normally fill mine with strawberries or blackberries and just a touch of sugar free whip cream. These are very indulgent for little calories.

it is totally possible to loose 50 in 6. I consistently loose 10# each month with dedication to working out and a calorie deficit.

bought a skirt in size large! This means I went from 3x to large. When hubby found out he asked me if I would try on a pair of pants... they were his! also size large!

eggs are cheap, full of protein and there are tons of different ways to make them so it's not the same thing over and over and over.
