*Optional: -1 Stevia Packet ( I dnt use cuz I use the flvored greek yogurt)
use 2 bowls.......
1st bowl .mix pb2 & water
2nd bowl Mix protein pwdr, coco pwdr, yogurt, water (3-4 tbs I use)and stevia if using
put liners in a cupcake tin and pour about 1 TBS choc mixture in bottom put in freezer til set (bout 10 min) then divide PB mixture evenly and pour over the choc layer.......freezer again for 10 min............divide remaining choc mixture and pour over the set PB layer....back in freezer til ready to eat.
I let the thaw a smidge b4 I eat them.
The ingre. I use for 2 PB cups they are 136 calories and 21 gr of protein and YUUMMMMO!
