How did you know what your goal would be?
I think I know that I want to get down to #150 but maybe I am not sure? I mean we all have different body types right? So how did you finally come up with the right number for you?

more excersize/ less calorie intake = no wieght loss?
I am a little confused that a month ago I was eating 1700is calories and was consistently loosing only doing very little (20 min workout). Now I have readjusted my calorie intake and upped my workouts to more strenuous workouts in that same 20-30 minutes but have stopped losing. Should I go back to the 1700ish calories I…
