I’m honestly in the same boat! Lately I’ve been struggling with “bored eating”... it’s so hard! I try to keep myself on track by not eating after 9pm... I know I’m going to snack after dinner so I limit myself to only low cal stuff like grapes, carrots, stuff like that! Send me a request if you want too! We can help each…

Not being able to fit into my pants that I was able to wear a few months ago - the Freshmen 15 is REAL GUYS! Haha :)

This is my 50th day, and I still have those feelings - completely normal! What has been keeping me motivated to continue to log and exercise as much as possible is the fact that I'm going to regret quitting! You are almost at a month of logging in! That's awesome - keep going and keep that drive! Remember why you started…

I started with 1200 and found my body to be even more weak and exhausted! I now eat on a 1600 cal limit :) (My work is very active so that is why I bumped it to such a high level)! Add me if you need any help :)

Love peanut butter! Has a lot of benefits! It is like a healthy-cheat food; tastes as though you are cheating but in reality its beneficial. Since peanut butter is fairly strong (taste and filling wise), You can use a small amount and it will go a long way!

Im just nervous for the fact that the calorie intake is roughly 350 (estimating). So that's almost 1/4 of my daily recommended calorie

Thank you for sharing your story! I'm terribly sorry for your loss, I hope you are able to gain strength from all of this! But, I praise you very well for taking the first BIG step into this journey. I tell ya, it isn't an easy one thats for sure! You will slip and have those cheat days - heck, maybe even week! But that…

Thank You! I just calculated using this tool and it truly helped! My BMR is 1336 and TDEE 2071 (and with the -15% = 1760) I work in the health field so I'm almost always on my toes + I exercise about 25-45/5days So they are saying I should have about 1761 - do I customize my MFP to that number?
-
Thanks! That's what I'm doing right now - but I'm not exactly sure on how many calories I'm burning. I've been using other sites that give a rough estimation on how many calories are burned but I'm not sure if that's enough
-
I'm new to all of this and MFP is recommending I have 1200/day - not sure if this includes exercise or just food intake!
-
Thanks for replying :) I calculated my BMR and TDEE - now on to the next step :)

This can be both a treat and a little cheat ;) 1 slice whole wheat bread Mozzarella cheese (enough to cover at least half of the toast) Tomato Onion Pepper to taste (Over a pan, 'toast' unbuttered bread, add the cheese, tomato slice, onion, on top of bread - cook until cheese is melted) Add a nice cup of fruit and a little…

Keep working at it! :) Remember; losing weight isn't just to look good in those pictures - that should actually be the last thing in mind! It should be to help you live a healthy and happier lifestyle! :) If you ever need anything, you have a great support system right here =D

I started doing T25 a few months ago but I had to stop halfway in the beta phase because I injured a back muscle --- be careful! Really do not push yourself too much (ie: follow your pace not theirs)! However! I'm starting from scratch (Feb 18!) and is feeling motivated again! Just focus and stick through the workout -…
