My cycle never seems to follow the exact same numerical length, it varies month by month. So following a chart on when it's comin is hard for me. Anyone have any tell tale signs their body sends out saying it's coming? I only get PMS symptoms once it actually arives.

I've been watching what I'm eating and trying to exercise more, especially with the holidays, I just haven't been tracking anything, and I'm looking for a big boost in the final stretch! Thanks for the advice on sleep, I always forget about how important that is!

thanks for your help! I read somewhere that tension in the shin muscle is often mis-diagnosed as shin splints, when really its a tendinitis-like issue. I watched some videos on massaging the shin muscle and I feel loads better already! Hopefully tomorrows run will be even better and pain free!

I highly recommend bananas at the early portion of the TOM. I find that the potassium really helps with the pain from cramping. I also avoid fiber. I already feel bloated enough, I dont need another reason for that.

Sometimes I do have a cheat day! I think it can be good for you as long as you dont indulge in something that'll get your will power off track. If I eat a brownie for example, its REALLY hard for me not to keep munching on other baked goodies. I would also cheat as a dinner meal and eat a light breakfast/lunch. I like…

When I run, I can only do about a mile. When I walk, I do about 4.5. The walking burns more calories for me since I walk father, but the run gets my heart rate up.
